Description

This is a cottage that underwent remodelling in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of random rubble with brick window dressings and features a plain tile roof with a brick stack on the right side. The building is one storey high with an attic that is illuminated by two gabled dormers. On the ground floor, there are two segmental headed casements situated on either side of a ledged door, which also has a segmental head and beading. The former wall-plate is exposed, indicating that the eaves have been raised. This cottage is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
