Description
No 37 on Priory Road is an early to mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco with a hipped slate roof. The façade features Ionic pilasters that define the bays of three windows, which have stucco surrounds and aprons, and are fitted with hung sashes that include glazing bars. The main elevation has a prominent full-height gable that projects forward, containing one window above a doorway. This doorway is adorned with a cornice supported by consoles and features a radiating fanlight above a three-panel door. On the ground floor, there are two bowed windows, also with hung sashes and glazing bars. The building has a plinth and three windows on the first floor, each with aprons and a band at the cills. To the right, there is a lower extension.
