Description

The Cottage is a 17th-century cottage constructed with a timber frame and painted brick. It features a modern tile gable-ended roof with two modern dormers. The south end of the building has been rebuilt in brick. The cottage is one storey with an attic, and the north gable end displays an exposed truss with tumbled brickwork at the apex. The square framing is complemented by four 19th-century small casement windows arranged in pairs. There are brick extensions at each end of the cottage.
