Description
Spa Cottage is an early to mid-19th century building that was formerly the attendant's cottage for the Spa House, now known as No 16. This two-storey structure is built of painted brick and features a slate roof. The front has three casement windows. On the right side, a one-window section projects forward with a gable, a square bay window on the ground floor, and a 3-light casement window above, which has a dripmould. The two-window wing includes a square-headed casement window on the first floor and a pointed-arched casement window with Gothick glazing on the ground floor. There is also a square-headed half-glazed door topped with a tiled penticed hood supported by brackets and fluted wood columns.
