Description
This 18th-century house, located on the north side of Church Lane in Berkswell, is built of colour-washed brick on a stone base and features a tiled roof with two hipped casement dormers. The building has one storey and attics, with two casement windows set under cambered arches. It is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms part of a collection of buildings that includes the cottage adjoining the Village Stores to the east, the Post Office, the Village Stores, the house adjoining the Village Stores on the west, the house next to the Village School, and the Village School itself.
