Description

Spring Croft is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on Church Lane in Berkswell. It is constructed of red brick and features an old tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and has three flush casement windows with glazing bars, which are topped with rusticated stucco flat arches that include keyblocks. The central doorway is adorned with a hood cornice above its surround. Spring Croft is part of a group that includes The Almshouses, Banbury Cottage, and Spring Cottage.
