Description

Spring Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century building located on the south-west side of Church Lane in Berkswell. It is constructed of colour washed brick and features a tiled roof with a corbelled brick cornice. The cottage has two storeys and includes three nearly flush casement windows with glazing bars on the upper floor, while the ground floor showcases cambered arches above the windows. The doorway is positioned to the right of centre. This building is included for its group value, as it forms a group with the Almshouses, Banbury Cottage, and Spring Croft.
