Description
Mary Spooner House is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a slate roof. The building has a symmetrical design with two storeys and three bays. The ground floor showcases channelled rustication, while the outer bays on the first floor are accented by paired pilasters and topped with pediments. The ground floor windows are 20th-century with glazing bars and segmental heads. The first floor windows are sashed with glazing bars and include architraves, with the central window featuring a round head. The doorcase is adorned with pilasters that support a lintel decorated with three wreaths and topped with a cornice.
