Description

Zion Methodist Chapel, dated 1843, is a red brick building featuring a two-storey gabled facade with three windows. The windows and the central doorway have semi-circular heads and stone key-blocks, with steps leading up to the entrance. There is a stringcourse at the first floor and a tablet in the gable inscribed with "Zion Chapel" and the date. The building has corbelled brick eaves and a slate roof. A later single-storey vestry is attached to the chapel.
