Description

The churchyard walls and gates of St John the Baptist were likely built in the late 19th century. They are made of sandstone and enclose the churchyard on the south and east sides of the church. The walls feature stone piers with panels of cast iron railings in between. Notably, there are impressive wrought iron gates at the south-east, which have openwork standards. This structure forms a group with the Church of St John the Baptist and the church cross.
