Description

The Council Offices at 26 Great Cornbow are an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys high and features three sash windows, each with dripstones supported by brackets. The entrance is highlighted by a stuccoed Tuscan doorcase topped with a pediment. The right-hand portion of the building has been refaced with later brick and is topped with a gable that has corbie steps. Nos 24 to 26 Great Cornbow are part of a group of buildings.
