Description

27 Spon Street is an 18th-century building, with most of its front rebuilt except for the central three-window section. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall, featuring a cornice and a parapet. The building has ten sash windows, each set under stucco heads, and a sill band on the first floor. The entrance door is adorned with a radiating fanlight and is framed by an open pedimented surround with pilasters and triglyph friezes.
