Description

Nos 167 and 168 on Spon Street are late 14th century or early 15th century buildings with a timber frame and an old tiled roof. They are two storeys tall, with the first floor oversailing. The shop windows are from the 19th century and modern times. There are three single-light sash windows on the first floor. The roof truss features curved braces to the tie beams and crown posts. The front of the buildings is mainly faced with stucco. All the listed buildings in Spon Street form a group.
