Description

The Coach House, piers, and boundary walls to Number 28 on George Road date from around 1820. The structure features brick walls with stucco coping that flank the forecourt. Tall terminal brick piers are capped with stucco. To the left, there is a side entrance flanked by piers. A brick wall extends from the right-hand forecourt piers, rising in steps to the parapet of the coach house, which has a segmental arched entrance. To the right, there is a taller bay with a modern entrance, but it retains a blind lunette and an arched panel above. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
