Description
39 Great Charles Street is a building from around 1900, located in the City Centre. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a tiled roof. The structure has three bays, with the ground floor showcasing a canted bay window that extends into the first floor, along with an arched entrance porch that has glazing above. The outer windows are of cross type, adorned with super arches and herringbone brickwork in the tympana. All windows are fitted with leaded lights, with patterned designs on the ground floor. The building has prominent big arched iron brackets supporting the wide eaves and features good iron railings in the area. There is also a return on Great Charles Street that includes an oriel window.
