2. c1860-20 rare survival of a modest terrace house of this date in the city centre. Three storeys red brick, single bay front with parapet concealing the roof line. Revealed glazing bar sashes with moulded stucco lintels. Revealed 6 panel door with fanlight in pilaster case and archivolt arch.
