Description
The Harborne Tenants Estate Office is a two-story building dating from the 20th century. Constructed of brick and roughcast, it features a tile roof. The building is five bays wide, with the central bay projecting forward and gabled. The ground floor has a series of windows: a three-light window, a two-light window with a single-light window alongside, an asymmetrically placed two-light window, another two-light window with a single-light window beside it, and a final three-light window. The first floor has what appears to be an altered door, accessed by steps, alongside a four-light window and a three-light window. The building holds group value as an example of interwar estate office architecture.
