Description
Nos 84 to 87 on New Street, dating from the later 19th century, are a four-storey building with a stucco exterior and five bays. The ground floor features modern shop fronts. The first floor has pairs of windows framed by Corinthian pilasters, with alterations in the third and fourth bays. Each second-floor bay contains two arched windows supported by a decorated band, with Corinthian columns and large round-headed super-arches above. The third floor has three sash windows set on a decorated cornice. The building is topped with an elaborate bracketed eaves cornice.
