Description

Wellington House, built around 1830, is located on Waterloo Street in the City Centre. This building is constructed of stucco and features three storeys along with a modern slated attic storey. It has six bays and is similar in design to No. 30 Waterloo Street, although the floors in Wellington House are slightly lower. The two doors have unmoulded cornices, which may have been altered, and the eaves cornice is only moulded.
