No. 112 Colmore Row is an early 19th-century building that has been altered over time. It is constructed of painted stucco and consists of three storeys plus a modern attic, featuring three bays. The ground floor has a modern shop front. The first and second floors each have three sash windows, which have later been given frames. The windows on the first floor are topped with pediments that extend into the area of the second floor. The building also has an apparently altered parapet.
