Description
Nos 75 and 77 on Colmore Row are late 19th-century buildings made of stone. They rise four storeys and feature five bays, with the central bay slightly projecting at the ground, first, and second floor levels. The ground floor has a central entrance set within a porch adorned with thick foliage decoration, along with shop fronts. The first and second floors each have five windows, with the central window on the first floor beneath a segmental pediment and the central window on the second floor beneath a triangular pediment. The third floor has three triplet windows. All openings are arched, with large keystones that extend up to elaborately decorated cornices. The building is topped with a bracketed eaves cornice and a strapwork balustrade.
