Description
Nos 104 and 106 Colmore Row is an early 19th-century building that was originally a detached residence. It is constructed from stucco and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys and features three bays, with coupled pilasters on the left and right at the first floor level. The ground floor displays banded rustication and has a central broad entrance flanked by pilasters that support an entablature, along with two altered windows. The first floor includes a central sash window with a cornice and two altered windows. The fenestration on the second floor has been completely altered.
