Description
Lea Hall is a building dating from around 1790, constructed for the Muntz family. It is made of brick and has a slate roof. The structure is three storeys high and has two bays. The ground floor features a central door within an Ionic porch that has an entablature and is accessed by steps, along with two altered casement windows. There is a stucco band at the ceiling level of the ground floor. The first floor windows are set on a narrower stucco band, while the second floor has three almost square windows. All windows are modern casements, with the outer ones being wider than the central one. To the left, there is a possibly heightened wing that is now two storeys and has five bays. The ground floor of this wing includes one blind arched window, three original windows that now only have intersecting glazing bars in their arched heads, and an inserted window opening. There is a band at the first floor level, which has two modern windows.
