Description

No. 98 Moseley Road is a two-storey, three-bay red brick villa built around 1850. It features a narrow recessed one-window bay on the left side. The plain elevation has flat eaves beneath a low gable end slate roof. The ground floor has tripartite windows with flat gauged arches, while the first floor has narrow revealed sash windows with stucco sills and panelled stucco heads, which include rosette mouldings and are flanked by consoles beneath thin cornices. The porch has panelled square piers topped with an entablature and a projecting bracketed cornice. The round-headed doorway has double panelled doors and a fanlight.
