Description
No. 102 Moseley Road is a two-storey, three-bay villa built around 1820-1830, featuring a stucco façade. The right-hand bay is slightly recessed and includes a later 19th-century extension. The villa has revealed sash windows, with a tripartite arrangement on the left side of the ground floor and in the extension on the right. Both windows have panelled heads adorned with oval rosettes and are flanked by shallow consoles beneath thin moulded cornices. The doorway is framed by engaged Doric columns, featuring oval rosette panelled sections in the entablature and an open bracketed pediment. The entrance includes a panelled reveal, a round-headed doorcase with a six-panel door, and a radial glazed fanlight above. The building has shallow boxed eaves and a low slate roof.
