Description
No 200 Rookery Road is a late 19th-century caretaker's house for the Rookery Road Junior and Infant School. It is constructed from brick and terracotta, topped with a tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and features a gabled bay facing the road. On the ground floor, there is a canted bay window, while the first floor has a pair of sash windows with aause-de-panier heads. Above these windows, there is a band of terracotta decoration and a slit window. The right-hand side of the building has a projecting gabled wing, and the entrance is located beneath a simple tiled porch at the angle, accessed from the street between gatepiers topped with ball finials.
