Description

A row of four houses, numbered 99 to 105, was built between 1896 and 1897 on Northfield Road. The buildings are in a broadly Tudor style, similar to the adjacent houses at numbers 87 to 97. Number 105, at the corner, incorporates a shop. Panels above the attic windows are dated 1896 and 1897. The return frontage on Tibbets Lane is red brick and features a door and sash windows, all with segmental heads and keystones. The original front door survives at number 103.
