Description
The West Midlands Police Dog Training Section, also known as Harborne Home Farmhouse, is an early 19th-century building located on Northfield Road in Harborne, Birmingham. This two-storey structure features three bays and is constructed of red brick with a slate roof.
On the ground floor, there is a central door set within a pilastered doorcase, flanked on either side by a single window that has a minimum pediment supported by scrolls. The first floor contains three windows, with the central window being narrower than the others. A brick dentil frieze runs along the eaves level. All the windows are sash style with glazing bars, except for the left-hand window on the ground floor.
