Description

The Parish Church of St Peter is a Grade II listed building located on Old Church Road in Harborne. The church features a battlemented west tower from the 15th century, which consists of three stages and incorporates details from the 14th century in its lowest stage. The nave, aisles, transepts, and apsidal chapel were all constructed in 1867 and designed by Yeoville Thomason. The church is built from red sandstone. Notably, the east window is dedicated to David Cox, a watercolourist who lived from 1783 to 1859 and is buried in the churchyard.
