Description
St Peter's Church of England Junior School, located on the corner with Church Avenue in Harborne, was built around 1840 and originally served as the Master's house. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. It has one storey plus an attic and is comprised of three bays, with vermiculated quoins on the left and right sides. The ground floor includes a central doorway framed in stone, topped by a semi-circular architrave, and two tripartite windows that have lozenge-shaped paned iron casements. The attic features dormer windows with gabled two-light windows. The original school section is located to the left and has been altered, but only the described part is listed.
