Dated 1846 on plaques in gables. Brick with tile roofs. School of 4 bays, one storey. Steel casements. Bay 2 gabled with date plaque. Bay 4 gabled and projecting. Timber-framed bellcote with ogee tiled roof. Dentil eaves. To left gable elevation of house. Schoolmaster's house south front of 3 bays, centre gabled and projecting. Two storeys. Date plaque in gable. Gabled open porch to left. Two-light casements. Outer bays, cogged eaves, leaded casements. Three shaft off-centre stack to right. Dormer, gabled, to left-hand bay. One bay plum brick extension to left.
