Description

The Roving Bridge over the west entrance to Rotton Park Loop, dated 1854, is a cast iron bridge that is more decorative than typical examples from the Horsley ironworks. It features a ribbed pierced X-pattern balustrade, which is of a slighter section, along with X-braced open work panels and a pierced quatrefoil band beneath the handrail.
