Description

HARBORNE ROAD 1. 5104 (north side) Harborne B15 No 107 SP 0485 NE 38/9 II GV 2. C1830-40, altered. Stucco; slate roof. Two storeys; originally 3 bays but 2 outer recessed bays added C1835-60. Slightly projecting central bay with door within a recess framed by pilasters in a porch with Doric columns. Original ground floor windows with moulded frames with ears and feet and a bulgy frieze and cornice. First floor windows plain sashes sitting on a moulded stringcourse. Deep plain eaves frieze, cornice and blocking course. The later bays with tripartite windows to both floors, those of the ground floor with cornices on brackets.
