Two houses, now shops. Numbered right to left, described left to right. c1820 with later additions and alterations including early C20 ground-floor shop front to left and mid-late C20 ground-floor shop front to right. Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond to left, painted stucco front facade to right, Welsh slate roof to left, concealed to right. 3 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. Dwelling to right is taller. First floor: two 6/6 sashes in plain reveals and with sills, flat channelled arches with raised keystones; two 6/9 sashes in plain reveals. Second floor: two 3/3 sashes in plain reveals. Ground floor: central part-glazed door in canted shop front with pilaster strips and overlight. To right a glazed door in glazed shop front. Eaves cornice. Copings to right. Two tall central stacks, partly rebuilt to left, with cornices. INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORICAL NOTE: Regent Street, originally known as Cross Street, was laid out c1808-1814.
