Description

Holly Cottage is a mid 18th century cottage located on the north side of Welsh Road in Offchurch. It is constructed of red brick and features a thatched roof with a central brick ridge stack. The cottage is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. A plank door is situated at the center, which is sheltered by a rustic open porch that has a gabled thatch roof. On either side of the door, there are three-light casements with segmental brick heads. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
