The first floor has 6/6 sash windows set in moulded surrounds with shaped shoulders, plain reveals, and sills. On the ground floor, there is a side entrance with a 20th-century door and overlight, along with a 20th-century shop front. The interior has not been inspected. Warwick Street was laid out between 1822 and 1826, and this building forms a group with Nos. 105, 107, and 109.
