It features roughcast, likely over brick, and has an old plain-tile roof with a brick ridge stack on the rear cross-wing. The building is single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. On the left side, there is a three-light casement window, while the right side has a single-light casement. There are two gabled dormers, each with two-light casements. A plank door is located on the right return, and the right return gable end displays timber-framing. The interior has not been inspected.
