House, now shop. Early C19 with later additions and alterations including mid-C20 shop front. Pinkish-brown brick with painted stucco facades, concealed roof. 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows; single-storey outshot to rear. 2 outer broad but shallow projections to full-height. First floor: continuous sill band interrupted by entrance. Tall 6/6 sashes with eared surrounds, sills with feet. Frieze, cornice, blocking course, copings. Ground floor: remains of central projection has chamfered, 4-centred arch, otherwise interrupted by shop windows. End stacks with cornices and rear stack. INTERIOR: not inspected.
