Description
Lapworth Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some alterations. It is constructed of reddish-brown brick laid in Flemish bond and features a gabled plain-tile roof.
The building is two storeys high with an attic and has three first-floor windows. At the front, there is a central door with eight fielded panels, framed by a moulded architrave and topped with an open pediment supported by corbel brackets. This door is flanked by three-over-three sash windows. On the first floor, there is a 20th-century two-light wooden mullion and transom window in the center, with similar three-light windows on either side, all set under segmental arches. The eaves have a dentil band, and there are two roof dormers with casement windows and hipped roofs. The ends of the building feature stacks.
The farmhouse is part of a group with Olive Cottage. The interior has not been inspected.
