Description

Old Tollbar Cottage gatepiers, dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century, are located approximately 5 metres north of the house. They are made of limestone and are connected by a small brick wall topped with stone coping. The larger gatepier stands at about 2 metres high, while the smaller, flanking gatepier is around 1.5 metres high. Both gatepiers feature moulded cornices and pineapple finials.
