Description

Lodge at Honington Hall, built in the late 19th or early 20th century, is constructed of red brick laid in Flemish bond and features a hipped stone slate roof with brick ridge stacks. The building has rusticated limestone quoins and a two-unit plan, standing as a single storey. The central entrance bay is advanced and has a pediment, featuring a panelled and glazed door beneath an apsed bracketed hood with a cartouche. On either side of the entrance are wood mullioned and transomed windows, which have keystoned heads and rubbed brick surrounds. The interior has not been inspected. This lodge is included for its group value with Honington Hall.
