Description
The stable and stable lad's quarters at Danzey Green Farm, likely built in the mid-19th century, feature later alterations including a range at the front. The building is constructed of reddish brick and has plain-tile roofs, with the front range covered by a corrugated-iron roof.
The exterior includes a two-storey stablehand's quarters on the left, alongside one-and-a-half-storey stables and a hayloft. The stable entrance is a split plank door with an elliptical arch, accompanied by a window opening to the right under a similar arch, and breathers to the left. There is a blocked pitching door under an elliptical arch leading to the upper stage of the lad's quarters, while other openings are obscured by the later range. The building features dentilled eaves, and the left range has a hipped roof.
The interior has not been inspected. All the listed buildings at Danzey Green Farm are part of a group.
