This is an 18th-century chest tomb made of ironstone, located approximately 8 meters south of the chancel of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Middle Tysoe. The tomb features a moulded plinth, panelled sides, and moulded balusters at the corners.
