Description

The gates and gate piers located approximately 10 meters north of the stables at Alscot Park date from the mid-19th century and are made of cast iron. The central paired gates feature enriched panels and cusping, while the openwork cage piers are decorated with cusped lozenges and scrolly finials. Flanking the central gates are single gates and piers that share similar decorative details.
