Description

The kitchen garden walls, located approximately 200 metres north of Brailes House, date from the late 18th century. They are constructed of red brick featuring glazed headers and are laid in Flemish stretcher bond. The walls have a distinctive crinkle-crankle profile and stand about 2.5 metres high, topped with brick coping. They form a complete circuit, enclosing a rectangular area designated as the kitchen garden.
