Description

The churchyard wall and gatepiers to the Church of St. Nicholas were likely built around 1730. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings. The gatepiers are square and feature stone cornices and ball finials, along with a wrought iron overthrow that holds a gas lantern. The wall has a stone plinth and coping, and on the right side, it steps down from the pier to the level of the churchyard.
