ALCESTER ALCESTER HEATH SP06SE (West side) 1/4 Granary approx. 5m. S of 11/12/69 farmhouse at Alcester Warren Farm (Formerly listed as barns at Alcester Warren Farm)

Granary and stable. Early C17 (VCH); rear built out C19. Timber framed; square framing with brick infill, and brick. Tile roof. 2 stable doors. Left return side has external brick and stone staircase. Granary has plank door. Composition floor. 2 pairs of raised crucks; one pair exposed in left return side. Part of an interesting group of farm buildings (q.v.). (V.C.H.: Warwickshire, Vol.III, p.12).
