Description

The left gatepier, located approximately 10 meters north of Shelfield House, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rusticated ashlar stone and features a stone ball finial. This gatepier is part of a group that includes the right gatepier, Shelfield House, a cartshed, and a dovecote, all of which are noted for their collective historical significance.
