Description

This headstone, dating from 1698, is located approximately 28 meters north of the northeast corner of the chancel of the Church of St. Lawrence in Napton on the Hill. It is made of carved ironstone and features a shaped top with a winged head and a swag. The inscription commemorates William Clarke.
