Description

This is a 17th-century cottage located at 30 Cleeve Road in Marlcliff. It is constructed of coursed lias rubble and features a thatched roof with an external brick stack at the front. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic. There are two windows on the ground floor, along with a plank door. The windows are casements with glazing bars and old glass. The interior has not been inspected.
